ST. MONICA'S YOUTH MINISTRY MISSION STATEMENT

Youth Ministry at St. Monica's Church has been established to provide an atmosphere for our high school aged youth to reach a deeper understanding of Roman Catholicism in order to strengthen their individual faith in an environment that challenges them to take responsibility for their actions in light of the principles of Christian morality and social justice.

Youth Ministry seeks to empower our youth to live as disciples of Jesus Christ, to draw them into responsible participation in the life and mission of the Church, and to foster their personal and spiritual growth to full initiation into their Catholic faith with the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Youth Ministry is structured with spiritual , service and social elements to provide attractive ways to fully involve our youth in the life of the St. Monica's Parish and the community at large.
